File Utilities

Here's a simple little program called dirindex which is a utility to create an html file out of a directory tree.

It used to be called mkindex, but since mkindex is a common executable within LaTeX on many Linux boxes, I changed the name to dirindex.

Listed here are a couple of little, but very useful and simple to use envelope printing utilities:

One is called envelope.
It's a little Perl command-line application that is used to print envelopes. It can be downloaded from here:

And another is called gpep. Gpep is actually an updated version of envelope that has been renamed. It can be downloaded from here:

Both of the above Perl programs were written by Gregory Spath. Current whereabouts unknown.
